Terms and Conditions of Service
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", or "Purchaser") and Doha Rose ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), governing access to and use of our website (doharose.qa / doharose.com), mobile interfaces, and floral delivery services across the State of Qatar.
2.1 Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
- Binding Agreement: By accessing our platform, registering an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent under Qatari law to enter into contractual transactions on this platform.
- Modifications: Doha Rose reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Continued use of the website following amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2.2 Product Representations & Natural Variations
- Artistic Representation: Photographs displayed on our website represent our floral arrangements at peak presentation and bloom. Because flowers are natural products, individual stems vary in shade, size, stem count, and opening speed depending on the harvest season and grower.
- Handcrafted Nature: Bouquet sizes, stem counts, and flower specifications stated on product pages are approximate guidelines. Our professional florists craft each piece by hand, ensuring overall aesthetic harmony, volume, and premium presentation.
- Partner & Edible Products: Complementary add-on items (such as gourmet chocolates, dates, helium balloons, scented candles, and luxury gift boxes) are sourced from licensed partner brands in Qatar and comply with Qatar Ministry of Public Health standards.
2.3 Pricing, Currency & Payment Terms
- Currency: All prices quoted on the website are denominated in Qatari Riyals (QAR). Prices are inclusive of arrangement artistry and standard packaging.
- Payment Channels: We accept major payment methods authorized in the State of Qatar, including Qatari debit cards (NAPS), Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, and secure digital payment gateways.
- Transaction Authorization: Full payment is captured at the time of order placement. Orders will not be dispatched until authorization is confirmed by the payment gateway.
- Pricing Errors: While we strive for complete pricing accuracy, clerical or technical errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, Doha Rose reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the customer.

- Right to Refuse Messages: Doha Rose reserves the right to refuse or edit greeting messages deemed unlawful, threatening, or contrary to Qatar laws, without liability for order cancellation.
- Anonymous Sending: While senders may choose to remain anonymous to the recipient, Doha Rose is legally obligated under Qatari regulations to disclose sender identity if requested by authorized state law enforcement or judicial bodies.

2.7 Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to the website, floral designs, promotional photography, graphics, logos, text, and software are the exclusive property of Doha Rose or its content licensors. - Consequential Damages: In no event shall Doha Rose be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, or punitive damages resulting from late delivery, non-delivery, or product dissatisfaction.
